The road ahead

Twenty African countries.

SPPG is building towards a presence in 20 African countries, so that every nation it reaches has a homegrown pipeline of value-based political leaders.

Deepen

  • Strengthen the programme, faculty and alumni networks in the countries where SPPG already runs
  • Grow each cohort without diluting the standard that defines an SPPG graduate

Widen

  • Open the school in new countries as local partners, faculty and demand come together
  • Adapt delivery to each country's political context while holding the model constant

Embed

  • Extend the model beyond the flagship programme, into communities and classrooms
  • Walk with graduates as they contest, govern and reform from inside the system
